With over 40 years experience, Burnside offers bespoke and efficient logistics and warehousing solutions within a 100,000 sq. ft. facility based on a 7-acre site in Middlesbrough, Teesside. Burnside offer an exclusive range of distribution services including but not limited to debagging (powder tanker loading), container stuffing/destuffing, as well as warehousing and storage for chemicals, bulk pallets, and more. Are there minimum order volumes for someone to join your fulfilment centre?
There are no minimums whatsoever. We serve any clients from start-ups with low weekly volumes, to SME’s shipping hundreds per day. No matter where you are in your journey of growth, we are here to help make it an enjoyable and seamless process.
What sales platforms do you integrate with for automated order processing?
We can integrate with most sales platforms and stock systems, with the most popular being Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon FBA/FBM, eBay, Tiktok. If you run a bespoke system, we still have options for you, so get in touch to see what we can do!
How long is the onboarding process if I was to join?
Once you have confirmed you would like to join our fulfilment centre, we can have systems integrated within 48-hours, and we can start processing orders within 24-hours from receipt of your stock.
Are returns within your remit, or is it only outbound dispatch?
Absolutely, we provide returns as part of the total fulfilment package, or we can provide returns management only services if that’s all you require. We process all returns within 24-hours of receipt, ensuring a seamless process for you to take action with your client, reducing delays and unnecessary communications chasing up refunds/exchanges. We will create an agreed upon process with yourselves on how in-depth you want the inspection of the goods to be, and you will receive a full breakdown of every return and it’s condition.
